Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once you have received your RA , securely package the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items purchased from the Clearance collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
