2027 Suzuki GSX-10R leaning into a corner on a racetrack

The All-New 2027 Suzuki GSX-10R: Fun. Unlimited.

New for 2027 · Sport

The all-new GSX-10R takes Suzuki big-bore sport performance into a new era. It pairs a refined 999 cc inline-four with a light aluminum twin-spar frame, fully adjustable suspension and the widest range of rider electronics Suzuki has ever put on a motorcycle. Built for the thrill of the road and the precision of the track, it carries decades of GSX-R racing DNA and stays easy to live with every day.

An engine with racing in its blood

The GSX-10R was developed around the idea Suzuki calls “Fun. Unlimited.” Its liquid-cooled, DOHC 999 cc inline-four comes from a long line of race-winning engines and decades of GSX-R development. For 2027 Suzuki reworked the engine, intake and exhaust to make it even more reliable, without losing the strong, eager character that made the big GSX-R four famous.

Suzuki rates it at 152 PS (150 hp) at 11,000 rpm and 78 lb-ft at 9,250 rpm, delivered through a six-speed gearbox and a bi-directional quick shifter.

The most complete electronics in Suzuki history

The Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.) groups every rider aid on the bike. At its heart is the improved SDMS-α, which lets you pick how the engine delivers its power to suit you and the road. Two systems are brand new for Suzuki:

Slide Control watches the bike's sideways movement in a corner and works with the Suzuki Traction Control System to rein in a slide with a measured touch, for predictable corner exits. Brake Hold keeps pressure on the rear brake for about 30 seconds after you come to a full stop, so the bike does not roll when you pull away, uphill, on the flat or downhill.

Everything else is there too:

  • Ride-by-wire throttle
  • Traction control (STCS)
  • Lift limiter
  • Cornering torque control
  • Engine brake control
  • Launch control
  • Motion Track cornering ABS
  • Bi-directional quick shift
  • Cruise control
  • Active speed limiter

Chassis, suspension and brakes

An aluminum twin-spar frame balances stiffness and low weight for agile handling and a stable feel. The riding position leans you forward in a sporty stance with room to move, and a revised layout of the footrests and side stand lets the bike reach a maximum lean angle of about 53°.

Suspension is fully adjustable at both ends. The KYB inverted fork adjusts for spring preload, compression and rebound. The newly designed linkage rear adjusts for preload and rebound, with high- and low-speed compression set separately, so you can tune it for the track, the road or a long trip.

A radial-mount front master cylinder and purpose-developed discs give progressive feel and strong stopping power. Bridgestone BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23 tires, with a 190/55ZR17 rear, sit on light six-spoke cast aluminum wheels.

Design, cockpit and connectivity

The styling carries the GSX-R family look into a sharper, modern shape. Forward-facing winglets built into the front cowl give it an aggressive profile and help manage airflow, adding downforce to keep the front wheel down under acceleration.

A full-colour TFT display shows the bike's information and gives access to the electronic settings through simple handlebar controls. Suzuki Ride Connect+ adds navigation and phone information on the screen, and a USB-C port keeps your devices charged. The tank holds 4.7 US gallons and the seat sits at 31.8 inches.
