Where we ship
We ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.

Parts and accessories to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan:
$12.99 up to 5 lb
$24.99 from 5 to 15 lb
$29.99 over 15 lb

Newfoundland and Labrador: $18.99, $34.99 and $37.99 for the same weights.

Yukon: $39.99, $89.99 and $134.99.

Northwest Territories and Nunavut: $219.99. The carriers charge us close to that amount. Call us at 418 368-6684 before you order and we will look for a better way.

Parts we keep on our own shelf in Gaspe ship at live Canada Post or Purolator rates.

Equipment and oversized items are not covered by these rates. This includes chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, pressure washers, attachments, plow blades, dollies and bulk containers. They are quoted separately or arranged with you directly.

A tracking number is provided on every shipment.

Processing time
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Parts in stock at our store ship from Gaspe, Quebec. Parts supplied by our distributors ship directly from their warehouse, also within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and your address.

A small number of special-order parts take longer. We will tell you if that is the case with your order.

Local pickup
You can pick up your order at 266 rue Fontenelle, Gaspe, QC G4X 6R6. If the part is not on our shelf we order it in, which usually takes about 4 business days. We email you when it is ready.
