RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • All clearance items
  • Installed or used parts and components
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately.
