Dual Output Stator System

Solve your Polaris RZR & Sportsman charging system issues today, once and for all. Made with the same Delphi connectors as OEM Polaris parts, our wiring harnesses are manufactured in a factory with controlled quality processes. They use the same Cross-Link braided copper wire as the OEM parts, and resist heat, oil, acid, gas and more with very low electrical resistance.

Plug-and-Play design
Our stator uses an OEM-equivalent core for easy, factory-like installation. All connections are sealed, keyed, and locking type for quick and easy installation.

Why use the Dual Output Stator System?
Ultimate solution: Solves Polaris RZR & Sportsman charging system issues at the root of the problem, with an innovative stator design rather than with insufficient incremental voltage regulator improvements.
Latest technology: Cutting edge SERIES type voltage regulators use the latest technology for performance and reliability.
All conditions: System designed to be extremely reliable in all weather and environmental conditions.
Runs cooler: With a stock charging system, voltage regulators are consistently operating within 5% of their maximum capacity, leading to heat and stress related failure. With the RMSTATOR system, unique SERIES voltage regulators operate with 40% overhead for long life and stable output.
Easy to install: Simple installation similar to OEM parts and does not require flywheel removal or special tools.
Harnesses included: Easy relocation of voltage regulators anywhere on the vehicle with our included wiring harnesses for custom installation.

Important Notice: This kit includes two wiring harness according to Polaris recal # Z-16-01-C (OEM # 2206620, 2206367,2206473). We strongly suggest you to relocate both of your regulators to make sure they do not wear out prematurely due to mud, dust or rocks.
