• Hand width: measure the fullest part of the palm, from side to side.
• Hand length: measure from the wrist to the end of the middle finger.

Sizes are Sweep's own. Between two sizes on a one-piece suit, most riders take the larger one to leave room for a layer underneath. If you are not sure, ask us before you order.
