• Sweep sizes children's suits by the child's height in centimetres. The number on the button is the US size that goes with it.
• Sweep does not number every colour the same way. On some colours the same six suits are numbered 4 to 9 instead of 4 to 14. Go by the child's height, not by the number.
• Chest: measure the fullest part, under the arm pit.
• Waist: measure around the natural waist line.
• Arm: measure from the shoulder to the wrist.
• Hip: measure the fullest part around the hip.
• Leg: measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

Sizes are Sweep's own. Between two sizes on a one-piece suit, most riders take the larger one to leave room for a layer underneath. If you are not sure, ask us before you order.
